SAHIWAL: Car dealer Muhammad Ramzan was shot dead by three gunmen at his showroom in neighbourhood Sofiaabad, Pakpattan, on Monday.

According to reports, the gunmen looted cash and snatched Ramzan’s mobile phone. When Ramzan resisted, they opened fire and injured him. He succumbed to his injuries on way to hospital.

The incident occurred merely 100 yards away from the police station. The city police registered a murder case against the unidentified gunmen.

The deceased was also the president of the Mochipura traders’ body.
