KARACHI: A man was stabbed to death in Ittehad Town on Sunday, police said.

They said that Nizamuddin, 35, was killed over a personal dispute at Qaimkhani Colony.

They said that the suspected killer, identified as Ayaz, was taken into custody.

Area SHO Zafar Ali Shah said that the victim and the held suspect were neighbours and relatives. They originally hailed from Swat.

He said the murder appeared to be a result of ‘matrimonial dispute’.

The body was taken to the Dr Ruth Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi for medico-legal formalities.
