Obituary

LAHORE: Writer and former editor of the Ravi magazine of the Govt College, Lahore, Waheed Raza Bhatti died of a protracted illness here on Monday.

He was suffering from lung infection and chronic kidney disease. His translation of the Tales of Fabled City by Abdul Majid Sheikh won the UBL Literary Award in 2017.

Funeral prayers for the deceased will be held at 1pm after Zuhr prayers in E-Block Mosque of Askari 10 on Tuesday.
