Muqam inaugurates Nadra, Pesco offices in Dir
LOWER DIR: Adviser to Prime Minister Engineer Amir Muqam on Sunday inaugurated the local office of National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) in Gulabad and a new sub-division of Peshawar Electric Supply Company (Pesco) in Kharkani area of Adenzai.
He also announced a passport counter at Chakdara that would benefit the residents of the entire Adenzai tehsil. On the occasion, Zarif Khan Wardak, head of Wardak clan, announced to join Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz.
Mr Muqam said that on May 9, PTI chairman Imran Khan came with a plan to drop some dead bodies. He said that fortunately the plan was foiled.
He said that May 28 was Yaum-i-Takbeer when Pakistan became the first Islamic nuclear country. He said that Nawaz Sharif made Pakistan a nuclear power by bearing the pressure of the whole world. He said that Imran Khan was using Zaman Park in Lahore as a hideout to avoid arrest.
“The leader, who called others thieves, created a record of looting by his workers everywhere by damaging the national property,” said Mr Muqam.
He alleged that on May 9, Imran Khan exposed his true face to the world. He lauded the role of Pakistan Army and said armed forces maintained discipline by showing patience on that day.
He said that had the army opened firing on the intruders, thousands of civilians would have died that would have made India happy.
Mr Muqam said that PML N was fulfilling its promise made with the people as a second sub-division of Pesco, a Nadra office and a passport office were set up in Adenzai.
Engineer Faizullah Khan, PML N tehsil president Dawood Khan, vice chairman Parvez Bacha, Kabir Bacha, Sardar Ali Khan and other members of Wardak tribe were also present on the occasion besides others.
