“First, the judiciary, which is divided.
“The judiciary makes decisions, but they are not implemented.
“It is such a strange situation that there is a conflict within the judiciary — without which there cannot be a constitutional government and democracy — and its decisions are not being implemented.
“How dangerous a situation is this for Pakistan?”
