Ex-Khyber Pakhtunkhwa minister Muhammad Iqbal Wazir has become the latest to announce his departure from the PTI.

Addressing a press conference in Peshawar, he said, “Without pressure of any kind, I announce [I am] resigning from PTI’s basic membership and North Waziristan’s district presidency.”

He further said, “My consciousness will never allow to me stay with a political party that is going against state institutions.”
