The Supreme Court order has stated in its written order that the arrest warrant’s “manner of execution” against former prime minister Imran Khan was “invalid and unlawful”.

It added that the warrant’s execution violated the PTI chairman’s right of access to justice apart from the court’s “sanctity and safety”.
