PTI’s Shah Mahmood Qureshi had a few questions for Punjab Inspector General Faisal Shahkar.

Addressing a press conference in Lahore, he said: “You are the commander of a force and you cannot get an FIR registered? You are Punjab IG and your local DPO and local SHO do not listen to you?”
