Pakistan’s Noor enters Asian Jr Squash final

PESHAWAR: Promising Pakistan youngster Noor Zaman thrashed Malaysia’s Andrik Lim in the semi-final of the 29th Asian Junior Individual Squash Championship in Pattaya, Thailand on Saturday.

Looking in complete control, the 18-year-old Noor took only 26 minutes to topple Lim 11-4, 11-2, 11-3.

Noor, who has won several titles for Pakistan including US Junior and British Open Junior along with the Asian Championship, now faces Joachim Chuah of Malaysia in the final. Chuah defeated compatriot Ameenshanraj Chandaran in the semi-final.

Talking to APP, Noor said he was in great form and would try his best to win the title for Pakistan.
