KARACHI: Dr Farhan Essa of the Dr Essa Laboratory & Diagnostic Centre has been recognised as USPAK change maker for his services during Covid-19 pandemic mainly for setting up an isolation centre led by Pakistan Army at Expo Centre.

A statement issued on Saturday said: “Dr Essa brings expertise in public health and his learning at Harvard University helped him a lot in setting up the isolation centre in Karachi.”
