DERA MURAD JAMALI: A student was arrested on Monday for allegedly killing a schoolteacher in Dera Murad Jamali.

The tortured body of Syed Hidayatullah Shah, who taught at Government Special high School, was found in a cricket stadium last week.

Senior police officer Gulab Khan Sheikh told reporters that a joint team of City police and Central Investigation Agency arrested the suspect, Allah Rakha Kangyia. He said the suspect was a student of the same school and son of a police inspector.
