DERA ISMAIL KHAN: A man from South Waziristan tribal district was shot dead by unidentified gunmen on Dera-Bhakkar Road here on Sunday.

A police official said the young man was riding a motorcycle when he was attacked. He died on the spot.

The police took the body to hospital for postmortem. Afterwards, it was handed over to relatives.

The deceased was identified as Shams-ur-Rehman Wazir, 21. The police registered a case against unknown killers.
