Sindh has reported 1,252 new cases of the novel coronavirus, raising the provincial tally to 315,393.

Moreover, the daily situation report issued by the Chief Minister's Office confirmed the deaths of 15 more patients due to the virus. The death toll now stands at 5,003.

According to the update, 15,440 tests were conducted in the province in the last 24 hours, returning a positivity rate of 8.1 per cent.
