KARACHI: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has telephoned PPP candidate Dada Muhammad Halepoto for PS-70 (Badin) and congratulated him on running a successful election campaign in the by-elections.

Talking to Mr Halepoto, Bilawal said the people of Badin district had always supported the PPP. After winning the by-election, he had to serve the people of Matli, he urged him.

According to a press release, he said the newly-selected and so-called revolutionaries were on the same page in the by-elections to be held in Matli on Thursday. Bilwal said the people of Matli would give a befitting reply to them.
