JUI-F: The dissident workers of Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl showed their power by organising a mammoth gathering in Lakki city the other day.

The expelled leaders of JUI-F including Maulana Gul Naseeb, Maulana Shujaul Mulk and others spoke on the occasion and criticised JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman.

They said that the expelled leaders had served JUI-F for four decades and their membership had been terminated unconstitutionally. “All powers have been centralised and vested with Maulana Fazlur Rehman through illegal amendments in the party constitution,” they said.

They said that the illegal amendments turned the party constitution into a document of oppression and autocracy. They also criticised Maulana Fazlur Rehman for distributing party and public offices among his sons and brothers.

They asked Maulana Fazlur Rehman to expel those rich people, who sold votes in Senate elections, from the party.
