THIS refers to news reports ‘PHC bar wants restriction on Justice Faez Isa removed’ and ‘PBC vice chairman asks SC to rethink order on Justice Isa’ (Feb 16). I think the suggestion/request by the Pakistan Bar Council and the Peshawar High Court Bar Association would seem justified if the Feb 11 order is seen in isolation while ignoring the background

But why should one choose to ignore the background at all?
