ISLAMABAD: Army Chief Gen Qamar Bajwa on Thursday received a security briefing at the headquarters of premier intelligence agency, the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).

“Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited Inter-Services Intelligence Headquarters.

“Lieutenant General Faiz Hamid, DG ISI, received the Army Chief,” ISPR said.

“Comprehensive briefing was given on regional and national security situation,” it said.

Speaking on the occasion, Gen Bajwa appreciated the tireless efforts of ISI for national security and expressed his satisfaction over professional preparedness of the agency.
