KTH director Dr Roomul Muqim and medical director Dr Amir Azhar were also present.

The institution has completed all the codal formalities to get the pharmacy licence, which stipulates hiring of five new pharmacists, four pharmacy helpers and three cashiers, who will work under the administrative control of pharmacy manager Seema Samin.

All the standardised drugs will be available at subsidised rates at the pharmacy.

One sub-branch each will also be opened near the main operation theatre and the A&E Block to ensure best patient care.
