Sindh has reported 1,233 new cases of the novel coronavirus, raising the provincial tally to 221,734.

The daily situation report issued by the Chief Minister's Office also confirmed the deaths of 19 more patients. The death toll now stands at 3,653.

The report added that 13,699 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours. Of the 1,233 cases reported, 1,017 were recorded in Karachi.
