BAHAWALPUR: The three-member inquiry team tasked with the probe of the death of seven spotted deer in the zoo left for Lahore on Thursday after the completion of the collection of evidence here.
This was stated by Deputy Director Wildlife Zahid Ali. He told Dawn the team head — Lahore zoo’s director — and his two members recoded statements of the zoo officials including curator Ibrar Ahmed.
He said the committee would submit a report soon to the Punjab Wildlife DG.
