LAHORE: The Punjab government on Monday allotted portfolios to the two ministers who took oath on Friday, and reshuffled that of incumbent Fayyazul Hassan Chohan.

The newly appointed Syed Yawar Abbas Bukhari has been assigned the portfolio of social welfare and Baitul Maal department and Khayal Ahmad the colonies department with the additional charge of culture.

The government also withdrew the colonies department from Mr Chohan and assigned him the prisons department.
