AS barbs continue to fly from both sides of the political divide, the image of state institutions is being tarnished by the propensity of our politicians to wash their dirty linen in public.

Both sides need to understand that the common man is not interested in their shenanigans anymore, and is only concerned about somehow making both ends meet.

Both the opposition and the government should rethink their course of action and move in the larger interest of the nation.
