FRENCH President Emmanuel Macron’s defence of blasphemous caricatures is a deliberate offence and is unacceptable to Muslims anywhere. This is one of many incidents that have taken place in France in the last few years.

The West is clearly struggling to draw the line between freedom of speech and Islamophobia. The thing to do is to accept other’s religions and beliefs.
