TAXILA: Police on Sunday claimed to have arrested three suspected murderers of a woman.

SP Potohar division Syed Ali while talking to newsmen said that the woman, mother of three, left home for a nearby housing society where she worked as a maid and later in the evening her body was found in a deserted area.

He said later her body was shifted to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital for medical examination which suggested that the woman was also gang-raped.

He said that police got a clue through human intelligence and picked a man, who during interrogation confessed to having raped and murdered the woman along with his two other accomplices.
