Wonder Craft: Study table organiser
The schools have reopened, and a new academic year has also begun. It’s wonderful to have your routine back, but kids, the pandemic is not yet over. Therefore, you still have to take great care of yourself and remain observing social distancing.
And now that studies are gearing up, you are likely to have a messed up desk, therefore, today we are going to make a desktop organiser which will help keep the essentials you need almost every day, while studying or making notes. It is also a very nice way to give a personalised touch to your study area to make getting back to studies a little more appealing.
Things you need:
Colourful papers/wrapping paper
Scissors
Hot glue or white glue
One cereal box
One empty kitchen towel roll
One empty toilet paper roll (you can use two of the same size as well)
Hardboard, two feet long with 1.5 feet width (You can use any cardboard box).
Directions:
Cut cereal box horizontally in half from the front and diagonal from both its sides, see pictures 2 and 3.
Cut out two inches straight from top to bottom from both tissue rolls, see picture 4.
Paste coloured paper (or wrapping paper) on a hardboard, cereal box and tissue rolls, picture 5.
Close one opening with a piece of hardboard on both the tissue paper rolls, see pictures 6 and 7.
Paste the cereal box on one side of the hardboard, and tissue rolls as you like, leaving some space for anything else. Think about the things that you use on a regular basis, and paste them on the organiser, such as, sticky notes, small writing pad, etc. picture 8.
The cereal box will keep your important notes and circulars; the tissue paper rolls will hold pens and pencils, and a writing pad to note down anything is ready. And yes, sticky notes are also here, in case you need to mark anything important in the book, picture 9.
If you want to hang the organiser, poke holes on the top and insert a small piece of string by tying knots, picture 10.
Hang the organiser on the wall, ideally over the study table.
