PRIME Minister Imran Khan in his recent interview to a TV channel suggested public hanging and chemical or physical castration of rapist. Chemical castration may not last longer. Moreover, with the passage of time people may find or develop its antidote.

Public hanging or physical castration is an appropriate punishment to rapists, particularly those involved in raping and killing children. No protection of human rights to such culprits be considered.

A rapist is not a human. He is a ravenous beast. Why is there a hue and cry over human rights of every rapist, corrupt, criminal, thief, kidnapper and looter of public money?

Human rights should always be of victims and sufferers.
