Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said that 546 Covid-19 cases and 26 deaths were reported in the province during the past 24 hours, taking the provincial death toll past 2,000.

In a statement, he said 7,069 tests were carried out during this period. With the new cases, the provincial total has risen to 113,553 while the death toll is 2,019.

He added that 897 patients had also recovered during the last 24 hours, taking the total to 92,934.
