ISLAMABAD: The government has exempted duty on import of oxygen gas, its cylinder and cryogenic tank for a period of three months.

A customs notification issued on Wednesday said the exemption will apply in respect of the letter of credit opened or goods declaration form filed on and from June 23, 2020.

The government has exempted duty on import of all those items required for combating the coronavirus pandemic.
