National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser has directed to make it compulsory for all those attending the ongoing session to wear face masks and follow precautionary measures for curbing the spread of the coronavirus, Radio Pakistan reported.

Qaiser made the comments while reviewing seating arrangements at the National Assembly Hall. He was informed that the seats have been placed at a distance of two metres. He was also told that the visitor's galleries will remain closed and a minimum number of secretariat staff will be present.
