AS if the woes of the people were no enough, PTCL also added its share to spread coronavirus among people. No phone bills were dispatched this month on the excuse of coronavirus pandemic.

People were left with no option but to queue up as a herd of cattle outside PTCL outlets to collect and pay the bills. It is recommended that PTCL authorities should send the monthly bill as usual by post for the next month without late fee charges.
