GUJAR KHAN: An exclusive lab has been established for testing of Covid-19 cases in the Rawalpindi district.

This was stated by Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi Anwarul Haq while talking to newsmen on Friday.

He said coronavirus patients were being kept at isolation centres in the tehsils of the district and in case of emergency they were shifted to Rawalpindi hospitals.

He said Gujar Khan tehsil was becoming a hotspot of Covid-19and the citizens should cooperate with the government agencies and health authorities. He said doctors and paramedics were vanguards of the nation fighting the battle against the deadly virus.
