14 quarantine centres set up in Attock

TAXILA: The health department has established 14 coronavirus (Covid-19) quarantine centres in different areas of Attock district.

Focal person for coronavirus disease in the district for Covid-19 Dr Asif Niazi told newsmen on Wednesday that 1,035 patients could be accommodated at these centres.

Responding to a question, he said three centres had been set up in Attock, four in Hazro, one in Hasanabdal, two in Fatehjang, three in Pindigheb and one in Jand.

Giving details, he said the centres had been established in Government Technical College Attock, Wapda Colony Attock, Government Commerce College Attock, Shuja Khanzada Shaheed Boys Degree College Hazro, Government Boys High School Hameed, Govt Boys High School Malhoo, Govt Boys High School Rangoo, Government Boys High School Fatehullah, Tameer-i-Millat Institute Ratwal Fatehjang, Farmhouse near Shara-i-Saadullah, Rescue 1122 building Pindigheb, Govt Commerce College Pindigheb, Ibrar Shah Institute Pindigheb and Jamia Piracha Injra.
