From The Past Pages Of Dawn: 1945: Seventy-five years ago: Nazi post-war plan

WASHINGTON: Photographic copies of a Nazi Party plan for a revival of its doctrine of world domination when the war ends, are in the possession of the United States’ State Department.

The Department says that the Nazi Party members, German industrialists and German military are now developing post-war commercial projects and planning the renewals of pre-war cartel agreements.

During the last two years the increase in the attempts to register German Patents in foreign countries has been ‘Phenomenal’. The flow of German capital to foreign countries since the German export ban on money was lifted several monthsago, has been ‘substantial’.

The points in the Nazi plan include the sending of German technicians to schools and firms in foreign countries to give them an opportunity to design perfect new weapons, and subtle propaganda aimed at softening the temper of the Allies by a plea for fair treatment of the Germans and later at giving re-birth to the Nazi Doctrine and furthering German ambitions for world domination.

[Meanwhile, as reported from Scarborough,] Germany and Japan must be made examples to the world, declared Mr. Alfred Barnes, Chairman of the Co-operative Party, in his address to the party conference.
