HYDERABAD: Three members of a family were killed when a speeding trailer crushed them under its wheels on highway near Matiari on Saturday.

The deceased identified as 24-year-old Fayyaz, his sister Rozina, 22, and niece Aziza, were brought to Liaquat University Hospital’s city branch in Hyderabad where doctors pronounced them dead on arrival.

Police have taken the trailer driver Rahim Gul into custody.
