School van fee

THIS is apropos the letter ‘School van cartel’ (Jan 12). The writer is correct that school van drivers in Turbat have been demanding charges as high as Rs1,500 for a child per month.

There are no fixed charges and there is no regulatory body that is why van drivers increase the charges whenever they want.

The government should take steps to eliminate school van cartel and fix a reasonable amount as fee.
