ISLAMABAD: A photography exhibition showcasing the journey of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Pakistan opened at the Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) on Monday.

A week-long exhibition Humanity Clicks will continue till Dec 15, a press release said.

The exhibition showcases the humanitarian response during the Indo-Pak partition, emergencies and disasters including the October 2005 earthquake and super floods, as well as present day work that focuses on enabling local agility through partnerships for sustainable humanitarian action.

Speaking on the occasion, ICRC delegation head Dragana Kojic said that Humanity Clicks was a story of the ICRC’s strong association with the people of Pakistan, not only during the emergencies and disasters of the past, but of the present day credible partnerships that we had fostered for a more sustainable and context-rooted approach to humanitarian action.
