DELHI: “The All-India Muslim League is the only political organisation of Musalmans of India and it is heartening to note that it was becoming stronger every day,” observed Miss Fatima Jinnah, addressing a meeting of the Muslim girl students yesterday [Nov 19] at Nasrat Club in Daryaganj. The Muslims have become so strong that nobody can ignore them, she added. Hindus wanted to form a Government at the Centre with Hindu majority to oppress the Muslims. Thanks to the strength of the Muslim League they could not succeed in their ambitions.

Miss Hameeda Arif, the Vice-President of the Federation while reviewing the work said that the political consciousness which has so far been created amongst the ladies of Delhi has been done through the Federation platform while their elders had completed neglected the importance of doing political propaganda amongst the ladies. She exhorted the Muslim Girl Students to create a revolutionary spirit amongst them and if need be to rebel against their elders if they come in their way of achieving education and working for their political ideal of Pakistan. Earlier in the meeting, the students of Anglo-Arabic Girls’ School recited the Tarana-i-Millat (National song of Muslims).
