LAHORE: A man allegedly strangled his young sister and her boyfriend in the name of honour at Raiwind on Thursday.

The alleged killer, Ali, later surrendered himself before police. Forensic teams visited the crime scene, took fingerprints and shifted the bodies to the city morgue for autopsy.
