Citizens’ portal

I HAD sent a request for a meeting with the prime minister through the citizens’ portal app on June 12 which was assigned to the chief secretary of Punjab. I thought the request should have been forwarded to the PM’s secretariat in Islamabad instead of the chief secretary and, therefore, complained on the portal two days later. This was again, forwarded to the chief secretary.

After my requests were forwarded to the delivery unit for action on June 23, I didn’t hear anything from the PM’s delivery unit for more than two months and I lodged a complaint again on Sept 4 which was surprisingly assigned to DG Agriculture in Rawalpindi. I have no idea as to how the DG will arrange a meeting with the PM, but I am waiting for this miracle to happen.

It has now been three months that I made a request on the portal and no action has been taken, or, at least I am not informed of any.

Could someone please advise as to what should I do?
