HINDUTVA politics has again raised its head in the world’s — so-called — largest democracy.

The act of revoking Articles 370 and 35A of the Indian constitution is a new adventure by the BJP in its pursuit of realpolitik.

By resorting to this action, India has violated Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva convention. The aftermath of this move can be challenging for Pakistan’s civil and military leadership.

The country’s leadership recently concluded a trip to the United States where they made some promises that have to be honoured. One wonders what will be our response in the light of the above.
