TAXILA: The Attock police on Monday claimed to have arrested a man who shot dead his father over domestic dispute in village Gullyal in limits of Jand police station on July 30.

Sub divisional Police Officer DSP Aslam Dogar said after killing father the man went into hiding and the police arrested the suspect from his hideout.

Meanwhile, four persons were injured two of them seriously, in a car-motorcycle collusion on Rawalpindi-Kohat road near Khunda Chowk on Monday.

Police and rescue sources said that Aabid was going on his motorcycle along with Tariq when a speeding car while overtaking another vehicle collided with the motorcycle resultantly both were critically injured.

Two persons on board the car identified as Faizan and Mohammad Aslam were also injured.

Police have registered a case and started further investigation.
