GUTTERS have been overflowing near Metropole Hotel and Governor House for the last 10 days.

Government officials use this route regularly yet nobody has taken any action on this issue.

After the first monsoon rains this year, most gutters in the city are overflowing. I request the authorities concerned to look into the matter.
