KARACHI: The Sindh High Court on Wednesday issued notices to the police, Rangers, provincial home secretary and other respondents on a set of identical petitions about missing persons.

A two-judge SHC bench headed by Justice Naimatullah Phulpoto put the provincial police officer, director general of Rangers and others on notice with the direction to file comments by Aug 7.
