LAHORE: Lahore Development Authority Additional Director General (ADG) Abdul Shakoor, who was transferred after repatriating his service on May 14, handed over charge on Saturday to successor Farqleet Meer.

According to official sources, Mr Meer would be the third ADG (headquarters) from LDA service since the inception of the authority in 1975, as the seat most of the time was filled by the deputationists.
