12 injured in gas cylinder blast

PESHAWAR: At least 12 people sustained burns in a gas cylinder explosion in Dir Colony here on Monday evening.

Rescue 1122 said the LPG cylinder blast took place during Iftar at a baker’s shop, wherein 11 people sustained burns.

The injured were shifted to Lady Reading Hospital. Firefighters put out the blaze that engulfed the shop after the blast.
