THERE is one sports complex in Moro. Most days it is inaccessible to the youth. Why? Because for four days a week, it is used as a wedding or reception hall.

When I visit big cities like Karachi or Lahore I am amazed at how many gyms and sports grounds are available to students. In Moro, the concept does not exist. People here do not think of sports or physical activity as a good thing. I don’t understand why people fail to understand that not only is it a good hobby but it also reduces mental stress and meet new people.

I request the authorities concerned to look into this matter immediately.
