THE Supreme Court has rightly decided to nullify the false evidence given in the court and declared it a punishable offence.

The law makers are requested to bring an amendment to the British made law, through parliament, and to annul the provision of the crown witness as it is repugnant to the Holy Quran and the Sunnah, the cornerstone of our constitution.
