Power supply to remain suspended

PESHAWAR: The Peshawar Electric Supply Company has announced power suspension of five to eight hours on different days from Dec 15 to 23 due to maintenance work on transmission lines.

According to a statement, the consumers of Hayatabad Township 1, 2 and 3, North West Hospital, Hayatabad Surgical, Hayatabad 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Shaukat Khanam, Khyber1 and 2, Green Wood and Frontier Ceramics will face inconvenience on Dec 16 from 9am to 3pm. The consumers of Chughalpura, Lala, Jagra, Chamkani, Nishtarabad and National Highway Authority will be affected due to power suspension from 9am to 3pm on Dec 15 and 17.

The people in Sarbilandpura, Latifabad, Charsadda Road, Nishat, Dalazak, Faqirabad and Eidgah will face inconvenience from 9am to 2pm on Dec15.

The power suspension will also affect the consumers of Mansehra, Balakot, Muzaffarabad, Noseri, Rampura and Ayub Medical College from 8am to 4pm on Dec 15. In Swabi district, different industrial areas will be affected from 8am to 2pm on Dec 15,16, 22 and 23, while the consumers of Marghuz, Shahmansoor, Town 1 and 2, Panjpir, Zaida and Chota Lahor will face inconvenience from 9am to3pm on the same days.
