Military skills on display for IDEAS-2018 at Karachi's Sea View

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, while addressing following a military display organised at Sea View in Karachi, said the exhibition not only provides a chance to witness the technological developments especially in the field of defence but also it is considered to be a golden opportunity for mutual trade and cooperation.

He congratulated all the participants of the event, held at Nishan-i-Pakistan. “Today our belief has been reaffirmed that our armed forces are ready to face and thwart any threat to our Nation,” Shah said. He congratulated all the stakeholders for the successful conduct of IDEAS-2018.

"The presence of participants from friendly countries is a matter of profound privilege and a great honour for all of us," the chief minister said.

The successful conduct of IDEAS-2018 is a message to the entire world that Pakistan is a peace-loving democratic country, he added.

The government and the military are working hand-in-hand "to defend the ideological and physical boundaries of our beloved motherland", the Sindh chief minister said.
