THE government is near the 100-day mark. The chairmanship of the all-powerful Public Accounts Committee has become the bone of contention between the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf and the opposition parties.

It is time the PTI and its allies realised the gravity of this issue and broke the deadlock about the PAC chairmanship issue.
